Overview

The Naschmarkt is Vienna’s best-known market: about 1.5 kilometres of stalls between Linke and Rechte Wienzeile, from fruit and spices to restaurants and wine bars. It sits above the covered Wien river, exactly between the U4 stations Kettenbrückengasse (south end) and Karlsplatz (north end). From Kettenbrückengasse you come out practically in the middle of the market. Every Saturday the big flea market takes over the southern end.
